Selia Warren

Deputy City Attorney / Litigation Division

Selia Warren is a Deputy City Attorney in the Litigation Division and part of the Law and Motion team. Ms. Warren handles writs and appeals, temporary restraining orders, workplace harassment matters and all motion practice requested by the Litigation team.

Prior to joining the office, Ms. Warren worked as a civil litigator in private practice in Northern and Southern California.

Ms. Warren graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004, where she was a member of the Michigan Law Review.  

Ms. Warren is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts, and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
